Version 0.3.0 released!
Hey everyone, I got exiting news for you!
I just updated “A Home in Darkness” to version 0.3.0!
A lot has changed with the underlying systems of the game.
The game has a new and improved ritual system, allowing for more variations in the rituals you can perform! The UI has also been completely overhauled, both in design and code.
Here’s a semi-complete changelog:
- Improved performance
- Improved detail of textures and 3D models
- A new ritual system and inventory
- New animations for the player character
- updated audio (though still very wip)
- And some hidden mechanics I don’t want to mention here (spoilers)
Honestly I changed so many things, that it’s kind of difficult to keep track of it all.
I’ll update the screenshots and video for the game in the upcoming weeks. Also if you find any bugs, go ahead and report them in the project’s forum.
Here’s also the devlog video for version 0.3.0. In case you want to see some of the new stuff in action. Have a good day. Until next time, bye bye
