The King's Board
This game was made during Ludum Dare 42 and improved on in the time after that. Your goal in this board game is to have more territory than your opponent, by promoting pawns, moving units and denying your enemy to expand.
The game has a unique spin in that you can decide to destroy enemy towers or conquer them for the territory gain. But be careful the enemy can do the same, leading to fast changes in the state of the board if one doesn't pay attention.
You can either play against an AI opponent or against a friend in a local hot seat session. Music was made by Marcelo Fernandez (https://soundcloud.com/marcelo-fernandez3).

I WON! Gotta say pretty tough game, but it was very fun.
Glad you like it :)
Thanks. This is very cool game and very interesting.
I understood how to play, but I didn't understand how to win, but it didn't stop me from winning the first time
Thanks for checking out the game! Yeah the game isn't as easy to understand as I would like. If I make a new version, that will be one of the core improvements that need to happen.
