Release!

Thanks for showing interest in this project!
I have been thinking about releasing a template project for a while. And with the release of the Godot 4 Beta, I figured now would be a good time to make one. There are always some elements of gamedev that are boring to program, and the options menu is one of them. Still it is important and kind of tricky to get right. So an ideal candidate for a template!
This version was created with Godot 4 Beta 2. But don't worry! I'll be updating the project throughout the development of Godot 4 to make sure it's always compatible with the latest version.
